At iTRUPO, each product is carefully prepared to meet quality and performance standards. Because many of our products are customized or personalized, we ask customers to review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Customized Products – No Refunds

Due to the nature of customized or personalized items (including designs with flags, numbers, initials, or symbols), all sales are final once an order has been processed.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for customized products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a replacement or refund, you must provide:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer:

• A replacement item at no additional cost
  or

• A refund to the original payment method

4. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will correct the issue by sending the correct item or issuing a refund.

5. Application & Usage Disclaimer

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

• Improper application

• Failure to follow provided instructions

• Application on dirty, textured, or incompatible surfaces

• Normal wear and tear during athletic use

Refunds will not be issued for application errors.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if the request is made before the order has been processed or customized.

Once production or customization begins, cancellations are not permitted.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us first before filing a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order cancellation or account restrictions.
